1. How can I volunteer at LCM?

Volunteers are involved in all areas of LCM. We have volunteers that serve regularly (weekly, monthly, etc.) and we have volunteers that serve in our seasonal programs. If you would like to complete a volunteer application, please refer to our volunteer page or contact our Volunteer Coordinator today.

2. Do you accept in-kind/non-cash donations?

Yes, LCM’s resale shop accepts household items, clothing, furniture, and other items typically sold in a thrift store. Additionally, LCM has a vehicle donation program and accepts vehicles that are in working condition. LCM is also prepared to receive stock donations, real estate, or other non-cash donations.

3. Will my donation be tax-deductible?

Yes, as a 501c3 organization all donations qualify for a tax deduction to the full extent of US law. Our federal tax identification number is 76-0547734.

4. Why is LCM not rated by Charity Navigator?

In order to be rated by Charity Navigator, non-profits must have revenues over $1M for two consecutive years in a row and meet other criteria. At this point, LCM does not qualify to be rated. However, we encourage you to check out our profile on Guidestar.
